Following on from PS21/5, a new Product Governance Thematic Review has been announced the the FCA.
The FCA recently conducted their Financial Lives Survey which showed that 50% of 25.6 million adults living in the UK display one or more characteristics of being potentially vulnerable.
Hot on the heels of the Client Money one that came out this month, there is also a Dear CEO letter on Travel Insurance which will be issued shortly; although there does seem to be some uncertainty as to how the FCA will pick the firms to send the letter to.
